This fall, because Grace is pregnant, the after school program will be primarily taught by Ruby Doss, who lives in our tiny house and manages our livestock.

About Ruby:

Ruby has a diverse background as a student of and working in agriculture and food systems, as well as a teacher for many children’s programs. She believes that teaching people, especially kids, about their food and the complex process that brings it to their table is crucial to mending our societal relationship to food and farming.
